Title: A " What if" project...

jepot - July 6, 2005 01:16 PM (GMT)
as ive said in the BAC Forums, this kit was borne out of boredom- and wanting to lessen the junk of half built kits in my stash.

A Hawk in a what if scheme with 7TFS markings, in a training sortie configuration. This kit was damaged, lost parts, and practically for disposal until i didnt have anything good to do so i ended up building it finding the missing parts and improvising. The sad part is that my airbrush is still out and i had to carefully handbrush the critter. Buti na lang di masyadong halata sa pics...

the same kit compared with an F5A in 6TFS colors- note this F5A has the markings of the F5A flown by the late MAJ DANILO ATIENZA on his sortie at Sangley back in '89. Also note the damage this kit has incurred through time...

I like it. At first glance I thought you did an S211. What scale? What kit?

Thats what most of the ones who saw this build said- looks like an S211 at first glance.
The kit is an Italeri Hawk, the eraly one; top paint is Light Sea Grey by Tesotrs, bottom is a Testors grey mix up. The decals were custom made by a friend... :armyeek:

F15? Medyo incredulous na yun for me. Itong Hawk reasonable pa, multi role pa man din...

Jepot,

That F5 is awesome. Good job!
:thumb:

How much are you selling that? :armycheers:

jepot - July 7, 2005 08:43 AM (GMT)
Sorry Mr F, I dont sell off my work- they are just for my personal satisfaction. Because of such i've almost finished making all available kits of Phil AF aircraft- one of my targets in my hobby when i was younger.

I can make you kits, if you supply me all the necessary items if you want ( the kit, paints, etc.)

it seems no one noticed the map below the kits. take a good look of its details. thats is what i thought would be more interesting to the viewers, other than the kits...

Old map of Manila. Pre-war?

So tell us about the maps.

Mr. J,

How do you make your decals?

jepot - July 10, 2005 12:56 PM (GMT)
Adroth- a friend makes them for me; i collect the data or actual pic of the marking, he makes my decals.
