...and as tribute to his relentless campaign for genuine reforms in the AFP, I'm proposing to rename the General Military section of PDFF to the Capt. Rene N. Jarque Memorial Forum considering that the General Military section contains the most number of threads advocating for AFP reform.

I dont agree renaming the general military forum because it is:
For discussion of general military and defense issues relevant to the Philippines defense setting.
Maybe we can have a forum or subforum as Capt. Rene N. Jarque Memorial Forum dedicated for discussing AFP reforms.

It's a bit awkward for a forum to be named in honor of any individual dead or alive.
However, there's nothing wrong with it if we have to promote something extra-ordinary feat during his lifetime worth emulating with a degree of par excellence.
