Title: What is this FVR is wearing?

Does anybody know what this camouflage FVR is wearing? What is it, and why is FVR wearing it? Was it something made just for him? Or was he doing some promotion on a new camouflage the army was trying out to replace the olive drabs worn at that time?
Several of the personnel there are wearing US woodland pattern. The first picture and third picture with the guy with SAF? beret, second picture with the guy with uzi. Its understandable since woodland pattern is popular locally. But what is FVR wearing?

I'm very willing to help you since I'm a collector & exhibitor of the Evolution of the Philippine Camouflage. My 1st exhibit was last June 12'2004 in my company in Amkor exhibiting Phil. camo from 1960s to current around 32 pairs.
