Title: how about an intelligence services board?

After reading the whole Sabah issue in the General Military board, how about we set up a board dedicated to Intelligence issues? I would love to know more about these subjects.

Since you started it, I would like to make my suggestions:
I suggest the creation of three civilian intelligence agencies
Philippine Security and Intelligence Organization which will be our domestic spy agency like the MI5. Recruited are civilians from prestigious universities who earned degrees in Economics, Political Science, Languages and dialects.... They're responsible for domestic terrorism and insurgency.
Philippine Security and Intelligence Service which will be our foreign intelligence agency like the MI6 or SIS. Career options of the CIA will also be the agency's.
Philippine Security Agency- our elint, Signals Intelligence Agency

I suggest that we create our own homeland security, similar with the present set up in the United States.
NICA should be given more power like the British MI5 or Russia's FSB. This agency should have its own special forces like the FBI's HRT.
NICA should recruit its agents from top universities, or students who belong to the top ten in their class.
Kim Philby was not a good double agent, a good agent is never get caught.

i agree with you el commandante. NICA will be Homeland Security. Ya, Philby was not a good double agent. He got caught. But Hollis. Walang kabuking-buking. Idol ko siya together with Sonia. He was once head of MI6 Russian desk.
