Thanks for your replies, although I'm not looking for weapons issued. What I meant was other equipment such as canteen, backpack, etc.
Hmmm. Hindi kasama yun local clone ng Mini 14 and the 40mm MGL na parang KG-9.

Most of the common gear looks like Vietnam vintage with some new local designs thrown in. And no wicking undershirts and underwear issued from what I know. Have to buy your own cotton ones.
nice list..... no laws?
based on tv footage, some of the marines seems to have been issued camelbacks.....
Either issued or pesonally bought siguro.
From what I know, only the officers were provided with camelbacks.
The hydration systems seen in the AFP are MADE IN THE PHILIPPINES....why?....."Camelbak" and "Blackhawk" based in the USA subcontracts these locally.
I have also seen a PMC backpack that seems to be a clone of the "Blackhawk" 3-day assault pack.
Even some floppy military hats and military style shorts in woodland, chocolate chip, night desert and Vietnam tiger-strip LRRP camo sold in the USA have made in USA tags but are actually subcontracted in the Philippines.
Lately, I have seen chest rigs[not vest like the SWAG vests]...but chest rigs...cloned from the Swedish army gradually getting popular with PAF and PA ground troops.
Even local manufacturers have adapted to the complaints of ground troops in the field by designing a personal load carrying equipment where the ammo pouches[triple-pouch single magazine content arranged vertically instead of horizontally across the torso] each single content triple-pouch dangle on left and right side of the torso; another triple pouch fits on the lower back[belt-order]. This arrangement of hanging the triple ammo pouch[vertical arrangement] on the left and right side of the torso does not block the knees and legs when moving upwards and also prevents discomfort when hitting the ground in emergency situations. It was a popular rig! You can even put a canteen on each side of the triple pouch on the lower back of the torso.
