Title: Call-to-Active-Duty (CAD)

Does anyone have access to the AFP reg or circular that defines the terms of service for CAD?

How long can a reservist be on CAD?

How many times can he renew his CAD status?

Are officers the only kinds of reservist that can sign up for CAD?

just asking!

1. what is the difference between active and inactive reservist?

2. puede ba mag join ng reservist? ang college graduate........
puede rin ba sya mag turo ng MilSci sa college (ROTC)?

3. do the reservist have a salary or just an allowance?

some info...

1. the policies on this are clearer now. an active reservist is covered by an ADT (active duty tour) order. anyone assigned a position in a reserve or regular military unit should be covered. if he isn't, he's officially inactive.

2. a college graduate who took ROTC shld be enlisted as a reservist. he gets called to the local cdc a few months after graduation, to register and start the enlistmen process. to teach mil sci, one should apply for assignment in the rotc training staff at the cdc.

3. reservists on CAD or filler status are supposed to get paid.

4. an ADT is for two years, extendible depending on the needs of the service.

5. all reservists, officer or enlisted, can be CAD. there are different approval levels, though.
