This model you are stating, a BUCKLEY Class DE in 1/350 scale, is more suited for the RPS RAJAH SULAYMAN (D66), it being a Buckley class converted APD. The BRP RAJAH HUMABON (PF11) is a Cannon class DE, but the Buckley kit per se is convertible to a Cannon class DE, with some modifications...
