Is the SAF commando course exclusive only for the PNP or can other branch of service cross train with them?

SAF conducts cross training with other units like the Special Forces, Scout Rangers Marine Force Recon and SEALS, if you would notice, there's a lot of Airborne-qualified personnel in SAF and Airborne training is being given by the military.

Other personnel are qualified for Scuba, Jungle warfare and Sniper training which is being done with other units of the AFP.
