Maybe we could invite people from J-8 to give further info about this and other laws for further clarification which at times are surprising.

This is just a pre-Alpha site for the reservist site that I've been working on for quite some time now -- which will be online in the next few weeks. I figured there was no sense in delaying it any further while waiting for key bits of information.
