Hi. I have been a member here for quite a while, but I seldom visit the site. I'm usually in the field, or too busy to be even online sometimes.

My Mamu (maldita in this forum) caught me online tonight via mobile. She told me then that I was to be banned from pdff. I had to ask her if PDFF was the Phil. Defense Forum. She told me that I was Rainbow Ranger in this site, and my picture was there. I had to tell her that I haven't visited the site for quite some time, and that I even had to struggle for my log-in password, and I am not Rainbow Ranger.

This "Rainbow Ranger," Mamu said, uses MY PICTURE as his/her/? avatar. Worst thing was, this Rainbow Ranger who was using MY FACE in his/her/? posts were giving out very offensive comments in the site.

That face being used by "Rainbow Ranger" rightfully belongs to me, bdyankee in this site. The comments, however, are not mine.

I have hints on who this guy/girl/gay would be:

1. The hacker we had in the PASR site (haha! you know who you are you stalker! I wonder if you replaced the balls that you almost threw out of your mouth after being kicked down there with size 12 <and three-quarters> combat boots);

2. The communist I fought with a few months back (galit ka pa rin? sobra ka naman, ayaw pa kasi magladlad eh... huwag mong pigilin baka mautot ka); and

3. Any of the two people above plus another one who dream (Mangarap ka. 'Neng!) of having my face but unfortunately lack the genes for it.

For the people who are now hating the face that goes with the username 'RAINBOW RANGER,' I would like to apologize for the offenses made. Nagapaumanhin po ako dahil alam kong nagalit po kayo sa mga pinagsasabi nitong estupidong RAINBOW RANGER na gumagamit ng mukha ko. Nais ko lang pong liwanagin na

Look RAINBOW RANGER... you homophobic piece of stink... username mo pa lang napaghahalata na ang frustrations mo... 'RAINBOW'?!?! and of course, your obsession with the SR. Buti na lang magaling ang intel ko, lipat ka na ng bahay bukas kung ayaw mong ma-wagam.

To everyone (except RAINBOW RANGER na may L at T ang alias na matagal nang naka-blotter at may E ang tunay na pangalan), I hope that you will find it in your hearts to understand what has been happening in this site and how RAINBOW RANGER is deceiving everyone into believing that his offensive comments belong to the avatar that he uses.

To the respected moderators, I would like to ask for your assistance on the matter.

it was in my posting "for women...about men" that i noticed what this "rainbow ranger" wrote: that spellspinner "not forget" to tell her man that she, the pretty, fair-complected, intelligent, funny, warm, kind, generous and no-nonsense legal expert in PDFF, "used to be a man."

because i have come to love spellspinner as my own sister. i came to her rescue, because i mmediately knew that the face might be my beloved bdyankee but the writing certainly is not.

i explained to spellspinner that bdyankee is my darling daughter and being maldita's daughter means she not only has brains but breeding to match (of course the beauty is genetic so that's congenital).

then i informed bdyankee of what "rainbow ranger" has been saying in past postings; i informed duminus, alamid and dancing fire, the moderators of PDFF, and maniegom, my lost brother, and asked for their prompt assistance in rectifying this blatant misrepresentation.

"rainbow ranger" i have nothing personal against you...but i love my daughter bdyankee...and my sister spellspinner...and my brother maniegom...i trust you understand that in my case blood isn't necessarily thicker than water in relevance to my ties to these people mentioned...but you know, "rainbow ranger," it is possible to be loved by and love people who aren't related to you biologically...and if one defends those he considers family by virtue of blood ties, suffice it to say that i will always defend bdyankee, spellspinner and maniegom...my bespren wallop...my chatmate el commandante...my erstwhile textmate flipzi.

"rainbow ranger" i don't wish to rain the wrath of theban amazons on you...and neither did my baby girl bdyankee...but you know "rainbow ranger" sometimes, one is not so fortunate as to go unscathed when one trespasses deliberately and with malice.

you don't belong in PDFF "rainbow ranger" because you have committed and continue to commit an act that reeks of indecency...how would you like it if your picture was taken without your knowledge and consent and used in a pornographic movie?...but then again, i don't think you would mind, albeit, you would consider it flattery...and that's telling the world and sundry EXACTLY what kind of human being you are...or the kind that you PRETEND to be...msantor and i would perhaps go into argument one of these days but he has remained a gentleman in his PM to me...even that mega-ass kyle katarno emailed me COURTEOUSLY and that's saying ALOT about the guy huh?...and epigone might be obnoxious pero HINDI sya pumapatol sa babae noh?...bdyankee told me you might be gay...if you are, you're giving the gay populace a really bad rep with what you've been doing...they should hire the baywatch bodies to turn you back into a man...well, torture you back into a man, is more like it, since if you ARE gay, consorting with the baywatch bodies would mean you're a lesbian...so you're going to be DOUBLE gay.:brrt:

Please be informed that the the poster who used the call-sign Rainbow Ranger, I believe in any way, is not or was a member of the of the respected ROTC unit, the AFP Rainbow Rangers Division of Volunteers, which was founded by the late BGen Benjamin Vallejo in the 60's and active till 1983.

Rainbow Rangers are members of this forum and what this poster has done brought disgrace to the Unit. That is why a request to ban the name was submitted to the Administrators.

Ever heard of downloading? Copying? Transferring? I hope you do not assume that access to a picture is always voluntary on the part of the picture's subject. Obviously bdyankee is a victim of identity theft intent on besmirching her reputation. Although there is no specific law against it in this jurisdiction, the use of the internet to propagate malicious and misleading information can still be punishable under our libel and e-commerce laws.

Is this user banned or not ? If so then let's move on. If not, then let's move on. What picture was used ? Was it offensive ?

If the picture was able to be copied via right klik and paste, then he can probably use it. Personally, I don't know why he should even do something like that.

If this user being banned was a trouble-maker, then enough people complained then maybe suspend the user. I don't believe in banning.

The moderators have already acted on the matter Mr. Van Horne. The moment that the issue was raised, the appropriate action was done. Kudos to the moderators.

I'm sadened by Rainbow Ranger's action as alleged, I'm a graduate of the Rainbow, I can't see the logic of barrowing someonw's face and using it in the forum. So sorry.

rainbow ranger's action is not an allegation, ms. amber1, it has been proven, hence the prompt and commendable action on the part of PDFF's administrator and moderators that rainbow ranger has now been banned from ever entering PDFF...there is no need to be logical about "borrowing someone's face and using it in the forum" hija...it is plain and simple malicious...and people who do this sort of things should see a shrink...or get locked up at the national center for mental health. :banana:
