Just revert to the 1897-1901 coat of arms except that the words "ejercito en las republica Filipinas" be translated to pilipino

would a change in coat of arms improve the fighting capability of the Philippine Army? IMHO, there is no need to change the coat of arms as there are more pressing matters that the army brass need to attend to such as improving equipments, organization, strategies and tactics.
