If America help us and the Fili American war never and the First Republic was accepted by the International comunity do u think the Philippines will turn out this way?

If America did not make us a colony, nobody will financially and militarily support us in our fight against the communists like the PKP-Hukbalahap and CPP-NPA. We should have been under a communist government until now. Irreversible communism. We should not have had inherited a humane legal system and a democratic government with checks and balances where no one can commit abuse in his/her office instead victims of kangaroo courts where no one is presumed innocent until proven guilty. No impeachment law and no accountable government. Let bygones be bygones.

Ya thats one but what about before communism became popular u know the first time America Played a role in ur county's history the first republic ???

They already granted us our independence. I can assure you I will have the same opinion as yours if not. Let bygones be bygones! Romania, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Poland, Yugoslavia were all sattelite states of USSR. Any kind of dissident activity was repulsed by tanks and USSR Red Army was dispatched right away to provide military support. China has also a colony which will never be granted independence. Hongkong! Plenty of businesses have gone bankrupt, plenty of government officials fired and replaced, and thousands incarcerated or killed because they refuse to kowtow to the whims of Communist Party of China!We're better off with democratic USA which passed onto us the rights of freedom of speech and the press, freedom of religion, anti-discriminatory laws, checks and balances in the government and military aid and support. Long live USA! Long live American democracy!!
