Someone removed the posts of me and epigone from the thread "Netherlands PMC to set up shop in RP"- that's saying a lot for the kind of bias there in the Mods who edited this.

For sensible debate to continue, both sides must be heard out, even if it has gone to the point where both sides- I admit even myself- has gone to the point of making pathetic character attacks on each other.

I put a lot of effort into that response to Epigone- it was really INCONSIDERATE for the Mod to remove it and yes it did pertain to that topic because it involved a govt. oversight over those Dutch PMCs.

And that mod didn't even as much inform me, even using a PM, as to the reason WHY he or she did it.

EDIT: I would like to apologize to the moderators for accusing them of a bias in the above comments, since I didn't realize that they merely moved my comments to another thread on another section that I haven't come across yet.

BTW, it was still wrong for you to arbitrarily delete my comments in an older thread where I called Adrian_Yamato an "amateur"; I was merely exercising my freedom of speech and the word "amateur" is not an insult in itself. People have to get it through their heads that they should stop posting all their wish lists for equipment they like and start thinking practically.

just for clarification: this right is a guarantee in the constitution that the GOVERNMENT will not limit, censure or prevent you from speaking your mind off. this does not give you the right to be heard nor limit what the mods will allow you as this forum is a private entity.

The freedom of speech and expression is a constitutional guarantee but it can't expel any chances of criminal prosecution derived from what you've written or said.

This forum or any forum has it's own internal guidelines called PDFF Posting rules. However, there are discretions promulgated by the mods not literally inscribed or defined in the posting rules that may apply in cases where posters/members posts goes out of hand on out of topic discussions fueled by childish and personal insults, as a course of sound judgment. These are form part of what others called as an exercise of the freedom of speech, but the authors may bear the cross of censure if it was expressed in a forum and depending on the seriousness, criminal prosecution in any other platforms.
