dancing the Papaya Dance is not punishment

its a part of their R&R

I think they should add the Dancing Banana :banana: in their routine too

Saw the video, they looked Sharp, Disciplined, Synchronized and Well Led. Wish more units would emulate their abilities and professionalism.

I think it was the CMO Batallion under Col. Buneventura Pascual if I'm not mistaken.

A good way to relieve stress and good physical exercise as well.

Parang kang 5km walk at push ups pero ENJOY ka kaya tanggal stress.

The good thing is you can use that skill in your R&R or paglabas mo sa kampo and when your wife or friends ask you to a disco or ballroom dancing. :armywink:

Malamang di na rin sasakit agad balankang niyo pag umuwi kayo sa mga asawa niyo. Aba! Masaya si misis. Flexible si papa at di nirarayuma. :armyLol:
