Justice Secretary Raul Gonzales said that he thinks Pres. Arroyo will run again as representative/MP if the House succeeds in changing the constitution and allows for a parliamentary system of government.

She can then become Prime Minister if her party wins majority. (think Putin of Russia - from President to Prime Minister)
