I want to place a recall for sightings of all military planes and helicopters inside or outside the Philippines.
Currently I’m writing a article about the Philippine defence forces. Every help is welcome, so if you interested please let me know.

There were two sightings this year of two black P-3 Orions in the eastern coast of Luzon.

Might have checked the South China Sea for any hightened activity.
We can only speculate nonetheless.

Its nothing unsual, the USN is always patrolling hereabouts monitoring the Russian boats from Vladivostok and of course the Chinese too...

If the airdrops are sonar bouys or anything like it, then it'll be just fine. It's a welcome move actually because China or whoever the target is would know that the US is taking this threat seriously.
Nonetheless, if the planes, if its not from the US, starts dropping weapons for the rebels, then it is something that will bother us much.

To some extent, yes, but in a certain aspect, it manifests how watchful and perceptive we are.
It's better to be this sensitive than being caught off guard again just like what happened in the Spratly's, wherein some bullies managed to brave their way through.
