Navy reservist, Advance NROTC graduate

Have a good day Sir. I'm a BSMT(Nautical) graduate in a maritime institution here in Manila and a graduate of advance NROTC graduate since 1981. At present license as Master mariner. My question question Sir is, if advanced NROTC graduate am I a reservist if not how can I join? caused, Even though I'm already in the international merchant vessel I'm still eager to be part of the Philippine Navy'

Good day Capt., welcome to PDFF.

Having taken up NROTC, upon your graduation from your basic, you were already issued your Serial Number, Rank and place of mobiliization and is already a part of the Reserve Force. After your advance ROTC, you should have been promoted already.

Having reached your highest part of your profession and length of experience, for sure if you apply for commissionship you will be given an Officers rank. Try checking with the NAVRESCOM at Intramuros.
