Lt. Col. Romeo Brawner, Jr., Army spokesman, said the lightning struck at 12:15. He said the firefighters were able to immediately quell the blaze shortly before 1 p.m. Brawner said no one was hurt. PA MP personnel are vital for the PA to maintain all the military bases nationwide. The MP should be a larger force, there's not even a well organized command for the MP.
